  • Upon successful application, all payments are non-refundable.
  • Registration is transferrable.
  • Transportation Requests will only be honored for participants from out of town. Cagayan De Oro residents are requested to go Harbor Lights Hotel by themselves.
  • Organizers are only responsible for transportation and accommodation during the Conference Date and Schedule. Conference Registration starts at 10:00 AM on May 8, 2012 (Tuesday) and ends at 12:00 NN on May 11, 2012 (Saturday).
